- Do I need programming skills?
- Absolutely not. We handle all the technical part. You get ready-to-use widget code that just needs to be inserted on the site (or we'll help you do it).
- How does bot training work?
- When connecting, we scan your product catalog and descriptions. Based on this data, the bot learns to answer questions about characteristics, availability and prices. We can also load your instructions and sales scripts.
- What if the bot answers incorrectly?
- The bot is configured to transfer dialogue to a human in complex situations. In addition, we constantly analyze dialogues and retrain the model to prevent errors in the future.
- Does this work with my language/country?
- Yes, StartReply is multilingual. It automatically detects the client's request language and responds in it, using information from your database (even if it's in another language).
- Can I change the widget design?
- Of course. We can customize colors, fonts, icons and welcome messages so the widget perfectly fits your site design.
- How quickly are product data updated?
- This depends on the integration. With direct connection via API or CMS modules, updates happen almost instantly. With XML import — on schedule (usually once an hour).
